MM Solutions sees Utilization Management as the first in a series of cost containment opportunities for our clients. The RN staff utilizes nationally recognized Milliman Care Guidelines criteria for decision making in the UM process. We also rely on National Association guidelines for standards of care as well as state and federal guidelines.
