MM Solutions feels the Health and Wellness program is the most vital and potentially largest opportunity for cost savings that any self funded employer can invest in. Our goal is to challenge the workforce to live a healthier lifestyle which in turn decreases costs of claims for the employer.

MM Solutions provides a wide range of services and assists the client in constructing a program that will fit the needs of their company. These services can include online health risk appraisals, onsite screenings which can include blood draws, evaluation of body mass index and blood pressure screening. Clients may also add access to a health and wellness website, quarterly newsletters, and personal coaching by an all RN staff.

MM Solutions can also assist in the formation and administration of an incentive program for participants which has proved highly successful for many groups in the past.
